Where we ship:

We currently ship only within the United States. More countries and regions are coming soon—stay tuned!

Estimated Delivery Time:

- West Coast (U.S.): 2–6 business days
- East Coast (U.S.): 4–7 business days
(Varies from your location, and they are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. )

Warm Tips:

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at hello@emomon.co within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY  

About Return

If the return of the product is due to the quality problem(with unboxing video proof), you can apply return for a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the package.
Please send the following information to our email: hello@emomon.co
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the defective product
- A description of the issue
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and follow up with the next steps.
The refund time depends on the payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Cancellation 

We do not accept unconditional order cancellation once the payment has been made. You can contact us if you need any help. However, we will give you full refund if the product you purchased is not produced.

Returns (if applicable) 

We do not accept unconditional return of products. However, customers can contact us if there is a problem with the products, and have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@emomon.co
